Emilio is a master of the "cultural zeitgeist," having curated the most iconic moments in Las Vegas history. From directing exclusive marketing campaigns with Justin Bieber and Drake to capturing the world's most high-stakes "Fight Night" afterparties for Conor McGregor and Canelo Alvarez, his work has turned Wynn into the global epicenters of celebration. He is the trusted architect for champion celerbations, having produced legendary victory celebrations for LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, and most recently, the historic first Super Bowl in Las Vegas with Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Emilio’s influence reached a pivotal turning point during his tenure as Executive Creative Director for Wynn Las Vegas. A bespoke creative department was engineered around his vision to revitalize the property’s brand identity, where he pioneered the modern High-Level Residency Campaign. By creating immersive narratives for icons like Lionel Richie, Brad Paisley, and Sebastian Maniscalco, and leading the creative launches for the reimagined Lake of Dreams, the Las Vegas Concours d'Elegance, and the inaugural Formula 1 Las Vegas launch, Emilio established a "Wynn Standard" that the rest of the hospitality world continues to replicate.
