Most recently serving as the Executive Director for Wynn Nightlife, he directed the strategic and creative evolution for the world’s most elite nightlife portfolio including XS and Encore Beach Club, consistently ranked as the number-one venues in North America.
Emilio is a master of the cultural campaigns, having engineered some of the most iconic moments in modern Las Vegas history. From directing exclusive marketing campaigns for global icons like Drake and Justin Bieber, to capturing the high-stakes energy of historic "Fight Night" afterparties for Conor McGregor and Canelo Alvarez, his creative vision turned Wynn venues into the global epicenters of celebration. He is the trusted architect for championship milestones, having captured legendary victory events for LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, and most recently, the historic first Super Bowl celebration in Las Vegas with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Emilio’s influence reached a pivotal turning point during his tenure as the Executive Creative Director for Wynn Las Vegas resort. A bespoke creative department was engineered around his specific vision to revitalize the property’s enterprise brand identity. In this role, he pioneered the modern luxury residency campaign creating immersive narratives for icons like Lionel Richie, Brad Paisley, and Sebastian Maniscalco while leading the creative launches for the reimagined Lake of Dreams, the Las Vegas Concours d'Elegance, and the inaugural Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix takeover. Through these milestones, Emilio established a "Wynn Standard" that the hospitality world continues to replicate.
