For 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading at the highest level, shaping the identity of the world’s premier luxury nightlife brand. I look back on every single moment with immense pride. We didn't just participate in the industry we dominated it, set the trends, and built the blueprint for modern Vegas entertainment marketing.

My journey with Wynn wasn’t just a career; it was an evolution. I entered the Wynn Nightlife world as a young, hungry designer with a vision, eager to make a mark on the most competitive nightlife landscape in the world. Over the next decade and a half, I rose through the ranks to ultimately become the Executive Marketing Director, a growth trajectory fueled by a deep focus on building the absolute best nightlife brands in existence. Wynn became a true family to me a collective of creative minds where I could push creative boundaries, and establish myself as a true pioneer of the Las Vegas entertainment scene.

When I stepped into the role as Wynn’s first-ever Executive Creative Director, the mission was clear: pioneer the resort's transition into the digital era. We built an in-house digital and social media powerhouse from the ground up, proving that true luxury isn't static it's experiential, real-time, and culturally dominant.

The scale of what we accomplished across Wynn Nightlife and the resort is unmatched:

  • The Talent: Orchestrating the visual identities, brand messaging, and creative campaigns for massive global residencies and cultural icons like Drake, The Chainsmokers, Marshmello, Lionel Richie, Justin Bieber, and Conor McGregor.

  • The Venues: Leading the strategic marketing vision across premier properties like XS Nightclub, Encore Beach Club, Encore Theater, and the Wynn Field Club at Allegiant Stadium.

  • The Global Stages: Driving the real-time promotional strategy and event amplification when the world's biggest spectacles came to the desert including Las Vegas’s inaugural Formula 1 Grand Prix and the Super Bowl.

Beyond the events and the accolades, my greatest milestone was the powerhouse teams I had the privilege to lead. True leadership isn't just about managing campaigns; it’s about propelling people forward. Watching the talent within my department grow, sharpen their skills, and elevate their own careers into industry power players remains one of the most fulfilling and memorable aspects of my time there. To the artists, creators, executives, and the phenomenal teams who stood by my side in the marketing office: thank you. We didn't just follow the lifestyle and entertainment trends we dictated them.
