Recognizing that traditional marketing could no longer capture the modern guest experience, I spearheaded a massive shift, building a cutting-edge Creative Services department from the ground up around my distinct vision. By curating a diverse collective of next-generation creators from cinematic directors to specialized visual artists we ushered in a new era of vibrant edits and disruptive digital content that brought the hotel’s luxury spaces to life.
Leading this charge from the front lines, I truly established myself as a Creative and Marketing industry leader in Las Vegas. This hyper-visual, creative-first framework didn’t just elevate our property; it set a massive industry trend, serving as the definitive blueprint that forced every major resort on the Las Vegas Strip to pivot and heavily invest in internal creative marketing teams."

Min’s Test Kitchen

"Transforming a static luxury space into a temporary cultural phenomenon requires a fearless creative approach, and Min’s Test Kitchen at Wynn Las Vegas was the perfect execution of that vision. Led by the brilliant Chef Min Kim, this exclusive pop-up project temporarily took over the nightly footprint of Jardin, completely reimagining the restaurant's identity. On the creative side, our team built a nostalgic, deeply authentic retro vibe, heavily utilizing vibrant design assets and staging elements inspired directly by Chef Min’s childhood. Every piece of media we produced from cinematic culinary teaser videos to specialized, custom-designed apparel graphics captured an electric atmosphere packed with rich culture and colorful storytelling. This high-energy framework didn't just market a dinner menu; it successfully proved how high-end resort spaces can be dynamically disrupted and reborn through hyper-visual, immersive storytelling."

Delilah Las Vegas

"Capturing the essence of a venue as legendary and exclusive as Delilah Las Vegas requires a delicate balance of cinematic precision and raw, unfiltered energy. As the Creative Director spearheading content for Wynn’s premier fine-dining supper club, my role was to translate its timeless, mid-century Hollywood atmosphere into high-performing digital narratives. Our production strategy spanned the entire ecosystem of the venue from directing hyper-stylized, high-end culinary and mixology captures that highlighted Delilah's signature dishes and bespoke cocktails, to capturing massive, unannounced talent activations. Whether documenting intimate, high-octane performances by global icons like 50 Cent and Doja Cat, or capturing behind-the-scenes moments with artists like Drake and The Weeknd, our team consistently delivered premium content that guarded the venue’s exclusivity while cementing its status as the most coveted ticket on the Las Vegas Strip."

2022 Super Bowl Champions Celebrate At Wynn Las Vegas

“Capturing a historic sports milestone requires a creative team that can move just as fast as the athletes themselves. Following their monumental victory in Super Bowl LVI, the Los Angeles Rams touched down in Las Vegas to celebrate, and our team was trusted to document their official championship weekend across the entire Wynn ecosystem. We orchestrated an intensive, multi-layered production timeline beginning on the tarmac to film the team stepping off the custom Wynn private jet, tracking them through a premium afternoon on the greens of the Wynn Golf Club, documenting an ultra-exclusive celebratory dinner inside Delilah, and finally capturing the high-energy peak of the weekend as they took over the stage live at XS Las Vegas. By seamlessly blending elite lifestyle cinematography with fast-paced event coverage, we delivered a premium recap campaign that perfectly balanced the prestige of the Wynn brand with the raw, victorious energy of world champions."

"Bringing a globally revered heritage event to the Las Vegas Strip requires a masterclass in luxury branding, and the inaugural Las Vegas Concours d’Elegance at Wynn was a monumental milestone for our team. Transforming the pristine greens of the Wynn Golf Club into an elite exhibition space, the event curated a world-class collection of ultra-luxury vintage classics and hyper-technological modern hypercars. Leading our internal Creative Services department, I spearheaded the comprehensive design identity, built out the high-end promotional media assets, and directed the fast-paced event coverage across the entire multi-day exhibition. From showcasing multi-million dollar McLarens and Bugattis to capturing the high-energy lifestyle atmosphere, our cinematic recap campaigns and hyper-targeted digital assets successfully redefined how a premier automotive tradition is presented to a modern, luxury audience."

Crisis Leadership & Market Reassurance: The Reopening Campaigns

"Navigating a global crisis requires a shift from lifestyle marketing to clear, authoritative, and empathetic brand leadership. During the unprecedented resort closures of the COVID-19 pandemic, I directed the media strategy and content execution for Wynn Las Vegas’s official 'Come Back with Confidence' health safety protocol and resort reopening campaigns. Leading our creative team under intense regulatory guidelines, we produced highly cinematic, informative video assets that visually demonstrated the property's rigorous new safety standards without sacrificing the five-star luxury aesthetic our guests expected. By distributing these transparent, high-quality visual updates across our digital channels, we didn't just announce a reopening we actively rebuilt consumer trust, alleviated traveler anxiety, and created a definitive safety-reassurance blueprint that the rest of the luxury hospitality sector quickly emulated as the Las Vegas Strip safely welcomed the world back."
